The Faculty Senate
Purpose: The Faculty Senate serves as the representative and legislative component of the faculty. It is the official faculty advisory body to the President of the University. The Faculty Senate make policy recommendations, and with the approval of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia and the President will become academic policy of the University and implemented by the administration.
